Help SGV Habitat purchase the Simpson Strong-Tie EZ Frame Saw

Many of us at Totten Tubes know families who lost their Altadena homes in the Eaton Canyon fire.  Helping people get back into those homes has been our philanthropic focus for 2025.

One of the important partners in this process is San Gabriel Valley Habitat for Humanity.  We've been so impressed with their work.  SGV Habitat's focus is to help those who are low-income and under-insured to rebuild their homes, and in fact Habitat set a goal of building 25 homes over the next year.

An important tool that will increase efficiency in this process is a Simpson Strong-Tie EZ Frame Saw.  SGV Habitat has received a discounted quote of $204,000 to purchase the saw (retail is $300,000) but needs donors to help them purchase it.  It is estimated that the saw can save $8000 per home.

Here’s where you come in—and how your impact can be DOUBLED.

Totten Tubes has committed to a $50,000 match to help fund the saw. That means every dollar you donate will be matched—doubling your impact. A $5,000 donation becomes $10,000. A $500 donation becomes $1,000. Every contribution counts. We invite our customers and partners to join us in supporting this critical investment in affordable housing. Together, we can help SGV Habitat build faster, smarter and help more families in need.

If mailing a check, please note "Totten Tubes" in the memo line to ensure your donation is counted toward the match.
