SGV Habitat is adapting a former Presbyterian Church in Baldwin Park, CA into fifteen single-family homes. This project is the first in LA County to make use of California SB 4 which provides for the adaptation of places of worship into affordable housing. It's an innovative and sustainable way to create new housing for families -- on top of that, some of the homes will feature 25 foot ceilings!
